Plastic bags are bad for the environment. They can blow into the water and end up in the ocean. Sea turtles mistake plastic bags for jellyfish. Remember to take your reusable bags when you go shopping so you don't need to take a plastic bag.

Plastic straws have become one of the biggest ocean and beach polluters and sources of non-recyclable waste. Make a personal commitment to say "no" to plastic straws.

Instead of throwing your towel in the dryer, hang it up outside! The wind will dry it which is better for our environment.
