
Foccacia Pizza

1 ½ Cup Warm Water

1 T Yeast

1 T Honey

3 T Olive Oil

1 Tsp Salt

3 Cups of Flour
Dissolve yeast and honey in warm water. Let sit about 5 minutes until the yeast foams. Add olive oil, salt and stir in half of the flour until smooth. Let sit for 25 minutes. Stir in remaining flour until dough is smooth and elastic. With oil on hands, knead a few minutes in the bowl. Briefly turn out onto a board and clean and coat bowl with oil. Let rise for ½ hour until double size. Turn dough into a well-oiled roasting pan and press flat with hands. Let rise for a ½ hour. Add toppings and press them down into dough. Let the dough rise for another ½ hour or so. Bake in a preheated oven 350 F (180 C) for 20 minutes or until golden. Toppings in any combo: Olive Oil, Sage, Onion, Rosemary, Pesto, Parmesan, Black Olives, Feta, Tomato Sauce, Sausage, Green or Red Pepper, Mushroom, Mozzarella
